Training and Support
We provide absolutely everything you need to get up and running as Managing Director of your own franchise. Recruitment agencies trading under the Alegion Search & Selection brand umbrella, will be given excellent guidance and support. We work with you every step of the way to make your journey enjoyable and your recruitment franchise highly successful.
This includes everyday ongoing help with your business, a new IT system plus software which links you in real-time to the entire organisation, and our ever-growing client and CV database. You will also be given a full administrative infrastructure, centrally-coordinated client, candidate development and partner networking, continual training and advice, plus your own optimised pages on our industry-leading interactive website.
Financial Information
The initial "joining fee" is up to £6,000 (most of which you will see immediately re-invested back into your business).
You sign the Franchise agreement.
You get to keep 85% of your fee income.
