Here at House Sale International Limited, we are proud of the high standard of training and support that we provide to our franchisees. As with any good franchise model, we recognise that our success relies on your success, so we are on hand at all times to offer you advice and assistance.
Upon becoming a franchisee, you will receive initial training and an in-depth operations manual, packed with information, guidance, methodology, best practice advice and everything you need to get started and keep building your franchise.
You will also have access to a network support team who are always on hand to answer your questions and help with any problems or queries you may have. You will meet with a member of your support team on a bi-monthly basis and you will also have access to training seminars, regular newsletters and group meetings where you can meet with other franchisees and exchange ideas and offer mutual support.
By maintaining a high level of effective communication, House Sale International can act quickly on any issues that arise and keep all franchisees up to date with any changes or new ideas that may be beneficial to the organisation as a whole.
All franchise areas are treated equally and are available at the same purchase cost of £2,500 each. This price is non-negotiable.
Franchisees can work solely on one area, or can choose to purchase further areas at the same cost per area if they wish.
House Sale UK Limited has set a base target of 2 enhanced user sign-ups per week. This is a very easily attainable benchmark, and based on this small number alone, your target earnings are £17,000+ per annum. This is based on a 50 week year, per area.
Franchisees are also required to pay a fixed monthly Management Service Fee (set at 15%), which covers all of your central office support.
As it will take a while for a new franchisee to start meeting targets and earning money, we will ask to see evidence that you have the financial means and stability to cover your personal and business overheads in the interim.
Because House Sale International Limited provide training, support and a thorough guide to operating your franchise, no previous experience or training is required. We do, however, have a formal interview process for all potential canditates to assess your suitability.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals, who are also team-players and are able to communicate effectively with both members of the House Sale International team and members of the public.
All franchisees are required to adhere to the methods and procedures laid out in the Operations Manual provided and any other relevant communication regarding methods and best business practise.
We will also need to assess whether or not the premises from which you intend to operate (e.g. your home) are fit for purpose.
Territories/LocationsFranchisees will be given their first choice of area wherever possible. If their first choice area has already been allocated to another franchisee, they will be offered the nearest available area instead.
Areas are defined by suburb - each area is calculated by the number of properties within the territorial borders. Sometimes a suburb may be particularly small - in this event, a neighbouring community may be added to it, to ensure that all franchisees are given the same opportunity to meet their target income.
It is vitally important that franchisees respect area boundaries at all times.
