Benefits of the Supagrass system

• NO UP FRONT FEE, NO CATCH, little risk and high returns, allows you to run your own business in an exclusive territory from your home; the success of the business is dependant on the commitment of the person running it.

• A territory of 70,000 qualifying homes with the option of 140,000 qualifying homes.

• The confidence to provide lawn treatment that is proven to be successful, a continuous programme of research and development that in our opinion ensures the use of the best products, equipment and machinery.

• A service second to none with all year round demand.

• Our franchise package includes our bespoke software, three months' stock of products, twelve months' stock of equipment, uniform, stationery, and enough machinery for at least two years.

• You will have the option to double the size of your territory see the details below.

• The ongoing right to renew your agreement at expiry.

• By providing lawn treatment to as few as five homes in every hundred at an average price of £33 per treatment, your turnover will be £577,500 per annum in a 70,000 home territory, or £1,155,000 in a 140,000 home territory (based on five treatments per home per year).

Finance:

There is no up front fee, you will need only £5,000 for your van deposit, van rental, van livery, the NPTC training course and leaflet delivery

If you sign up for your first territory in 2007, you will have the first option for 12 months to purchase a pre-defined adjacent territory of the same size at the very reasonable cost of £8,500 + VAT for an additional 70,000 qualifying homes.

The management service fee is 11% of turnover before vat.

The package we provide for no up front fee includes:

• An exclusive territory with at least 70,000 homes which qualify for lawn treatment.

• The right to use the Supagrass trade name and mark.

• Training in our system.

• The training and support to properly establish and develop a lawn treatment business. The emphasis is very much hands-on and practical.

• Business support.

• Bespoke software, 'The Supagrass Franchise Manager' for data storage, scheduling and reporting.

• Chemsafes, one for your van and one for your store and a first aid kit.

• Materials sufficient for approximately three months.

• Equipment enough for approximately twelve months.

• Uniform sufficient for approximately twelve months.

• Expensive Machinery sufficient for at least two years.

• Stationery sufficient for approximately twelve months.

• Leaflets 70,000 to 100,000.

• Initial 5-year term with the rolling right of renewal.
