As a Franchise Partner, you would also be involved in our most famous flagship event: the UK-wide Corporate Decathlon, which we discuss in more detail at our Discovery Days.

Anyone can apply for a place on our Discovery Day programme which allows you to gain a full understanding of our franchise. To qualify for a place we suggest that you:
- are a 'territory expert' in your desired business area
- enjoy communicating, coaching and project planning
- have access to around £20k to set up your own business
- have 40 hours per week to spend on this, your sole business
We have two types of Franchise Partners depending on your activitymix franchise territory:
1) Capital Franchise Partner
2) City Franchise Partner.
Capital Franchise Partners are based in Greater London and are supported by a London Tournament Manager who is responsible for the delivery of all the sports tournaments in the London area. Our Tournament Manager is a natural showperson who fronts all our sporting events. As a Capital Franchise Partner your role is to run a wider employee engagement programme with individual clients and you will need to:
- be a strong influencer and networker with good knowledge of your territory
- have some business development and consultancy experience
- live less than an hour commute from your chosen territory.
City Franchise Partners are based outside of London but within UK cities. As a City Franchise Partner, you will run all of your own events and therefore must possess that natural enthusiasm that makes you an excellent host and organiser, including the passion for the sporting experience activitymix delivers! This means, if necessary, we can develop your skills in the corporate business-to-business approach through our franchise training programme as long as you have the following attributes:
- a strong influencer
- a strong local sports and social network
- customer service orientated
- live less than 15 miles from your City territory.
We are the only company in the UK to link sporting activities with business strategy. This has resulted in an 80% retention rate for our services over the last 7 years with a turnover of £350K in our original territory.
As a Franchise Partner, your role is to assist businesses to engage their team through a whole range of activities which inspire, encourage and generate better work, improved motivation and happier people.

Activities that franchisees organise on a daily, weekly and monthly basis include:
- Producing proposals for board directors and company executives
- Getting stuck into a Badminton or Basketball challenge!
- Networking with other entrepreneurs and brainstorming new ideas
- Running a home office with our systems and support
